1 - Fill the form below;
2 – The filled "Asset Transfer Request - UCS" will be sent to the email informed by the Credit Holder;
3 – Print the request;
4- Signing and acknowledging signatures (Holder/Legal Responsible and the Beneficiary);
5- Scan and submit the application on the link on the "UCS Transfer Request". (You must sign in with the owner's email);
6- The transfer request will be analyzed;
7- Once the request has been approved, a bill of collection or BMTCA bank data will be issued to pay the Administration Fee *;
8 – After confirmation of receipt, the CERTIFICATE will be issued and sent within 07 business days.
